The main electric V-belt drives the spindle rotor to rotate at high speed, while the rotor drives the grinding medium to move at high speed, thus generating great impact, friction and shearing force to make the material be fully ground and mixed. The machine adopts a precise and reliable mechanical seal, which is highly reliable and durable. The grinding chamber is completely sealed to avoid the mixing of air, prevent the production of air bubbles and the volatilization of additives, which greatly reduces environmental pollution. The machine adopt the external static screen component to separate the grinding medium from the material to be ground, the screen components are all high precision wear resistant type, so the grinding medium will not be inlaid in the gaps, so it has a longer service life.
