Stable Mechanical Seal
Independent mechanical seal system, free from the influence of equipment vibration or main shaft torque changing. Outer flow type mechanical seal , avoiding the potential pollution to the material.
Smooth Discharge, no stuck
Discharging system adopts dynamic discharge separator with no stuck in big flow condition. Dynamic and static ring with high precision and gap range is 0.3-0.8mm, 0.8-2.0mm could be applied.
High efficient cooling system
Multiple cooling method in outer chamber cooling coil, high heat transmission material pulley, mechanical seal cooling, bearing cooling to better control the material temperature.
High effieicent grinding
Self patent design grinding disc structure, Screw shape disc arrangement, efficiently take the beads to do high efficient grinding.
