ROOT Group RTSM-AJ series disc type static discharge pattern bead sand mill grinding machine is widely applied in the production of water-based and low-viscosity material. Optimized disc structure and discharging structure makes better finish size and distribution. Finish size could reach 1 micron for D90. In addition, with its large flow rate, high productivity, better finish size and distribution, this series grinding machine is especially suitable for water-based and low viscosity chemical materials such as coating, pigment, pesticide, dye, powder metallurgy, magnetic material, etc.
ps: according to different feeding materials, customers can choose from ceramic or PU materials of grinding rotor and inner chamber component.

High efficient cooling system
Multiple cooling method in outer chamber cooling coil, high heat transmission material pulley, mechanical seal cooling, bearing cooling to better control the material temperature. With special cooling condenser, to add endurance for temperature control.
High efficient grinding
Root patent design triangel disc, and cooperate with complete mechanism and performs high efficient grinding.
